Our Professional Services team is dedicated to the successful implementation of Aveksa’s technology in your unique business environment. Our experienced staff will first work with your internal team to define a mutually agreed upon success plan and compliance solution that includes project goals, scope, success criteria, along with key milestones and deliverables.

We will then develop a detailed project plan that is customized to the customer’s needs and identifies the tasks within the project, including technical hands-on and operational training. Our multi-phase implementation strategy ensures that your Aveksa Access Governance solution is seamlessly integrated into your existing environment, and is based on the following steps:

  1. Planning and Installation – Client and deployment requirements are defined and a deployment plan delivered that specifies all deployment goals and activities.
  2. Implementation – The activities described in the deployment plan are initiated. Activities include configuration of the Aveksa Solution, including collecting identity, entitlement, and role data from client data sources, configuring entitlement reviews, creating business rules that automatically validate security policies or compliance controls, and testing and validating the deployment.
  3. Client Enablement and Deployment Transition – During this phase Aveksa personnel provide in depth enablement training to client personnel who will manage and maintain the Aveksa solution.  This training will fully prepare the client team to handle on-going operations and support.
